Essential Information

Check In & Check Out

Check-in time is at 2 PM – 3PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM – 11 AM. Early
check-ins and late check-outs are always subject to availability and need to be
approved beforehand and is chargeable. Our Property Supervisor will be able to
confirm availability and cost 12h prior.

House Rules

The per night tariff does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, extra bed, extra towels/linen etc.

Parking is common to all our guests and is available in front of the property on "first come - first served" basis

We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays. For monthly bookings, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, WIFI, tata sky, water, laundry of linen & towels)

Pet Policy

Pet Policy: While our general policy prohibits pets on the premises, exceptions can be made for select homes with an additional security deposit to cover any potential damage. If you wish to travel with your pet, please contact our reservation team to discuss this matter over the phone.

Property Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage incurred to the
property, furniture, amenities, or fixtures during their stay. A charge equivalent to
twice the actual price at the time of check-out will be applied for any damages. We
kindly request guests to maintain the property in the condition it was provided to
them.

Visitor Policy

For the security and comfort of all guests, individuals not registered as
staying guests are not permitted to enter the apartments or the property premises. Prior
to arrival, guests are required to submit a list of names of all occupants staying with
us. Upon check-in, our staff will verify each guest's identity through valid
identification documentation.

Prohibited Items

To ensure a safe environment for all guests, the possession of drugs,
explosives, or firearms within the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any discovery of such items will be promptly reported to local law enforcement authorities, and guests
will be escorted off the premises by security personnel.

Illegal Activities

Engaging in any form of criminal activity, including soliciting the
services of commercial sex workers, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any guest
found violating this policy will face immediate cancellation of their booking, and
appropriate legal action, including police involvement, will be pursued.

Smoking Regulations

Our smoking policy permits smoking exclusively on balconies. Smoking is strictly
prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces.
We kindly ask guests to adhere to this policy for the comfort and safety of all patrons.

Things to Know

  • Full refund available if cancellation is made 15 days prior to the check-in date.

    For bookings between December 20th and January 15th, a full refund is offered if cancellation is made 30 days before the check-in date, with no refund available thereafter.

    No refund available for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

    50% refund available for cancellations made between 7 to 15 days before the check-in date.

    Any Cancellation received for long weekends / Blackout dates are no refundable

    Bank charges/transaction fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refunded amount based on the payment method. The refund will be processed within 15 working days and reflected in your bank account.

  • As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents.

  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.

    For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

    90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
